Getting Started with Recurring Tasks Cloud

Main features of Recurring Tasks

1. Create repetitive task based on Cron template
2. Create issue for selected project and issue type
3. Create issue with default field values (system and custom fields, check supported issue field types)
4. Define valid from and till task dates

When task will be created

You select when task is created by defining Cron expression

You can create task that will be created (for example):

• • Every hour
  • On Friday every week
  • On 3rd day of every month
  • On 1st of September 
  • Everyday at 8:00 am

Default field values for an issue

Plugin uses the same set of fields as defined in JIRAfor selected project and issue type.

The same set of field that you can see when "Creating" an issue in JIRA.

When issue will be created by plugin all defined field values in task will be use to create an issue.

You can define recurring task and validate field values
