Specify who can use recurring tasks and repeat issue features - Jira permissions
All users can create recurring tasks or repeat issue by default. You can configure who can use “repeat issue”/”recurring tasks” features with global permissions:
Global Permission | Description | Grant permission to |
---|---|---|
Access Recurring Tasks | View and create tasks in Recurring Tasks application. | Allow user create/view and edit recurring tasks |
Repeat Issues | Repeat issues in Recurring Tasks application. | Show “Repeat Issue” panel in issue view |
The app provides following project permissions:
Project Permission | Description | Grant permission to |

Edit All Recurring Tasks | Edit recurring tasks created by other users in the given project | Allow user edit all recurring tasks in the project |
