  • Windows/Linux: Control + Shift + J

  • Mac: Command + Option + J

  1. From the menu bar, click View

  2. Scroll down to Developer

  3. Click Javascript Console 

Firefox

  • Windows/Linux: Control + Shift + K

  • Mac: Command + Option + K

  1. From the menu bar, select Tools

  2. Select Browser Tools

  3. Select Web Developer Tools

Microsoft Edge

  • Windows/Linux: Control + Shift + J

  • Mac: Command + Option + J

  1. From the menu bar, select Tools

  2. Click Javascript Console

Safari

  • Mac: Command + Option + J

  1. From the menu bar, click Safari

  2. Click Preferences

  3. Click Security. Make sure the Enable Javascript checkbox is checked

  4. Click Advanced 

  5. Check the Show Develop menu in the menu bar checkbox

  6. From the menu bar, click Develop

  7. Click Show Javascript Console
